We operate a fully-integrated manufacturing facility in Guilford, Maine U.S.A. Order processing, manufacturing, packaging, and shipping are handled from this centralized location.

Our facility is ISO 9001:2000 Registered, FDA Registered, and Kosher, so you can order with complete confidence in our stringent quality controls.

Our customer service center is headquartered at our manufacturing facility. Here, computer systems are geared for EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) to speed order taking and shipping. And, in addition to our Maine facility, we maintain a full-line warehouse in California to provide service to our West Coast customers.

Many of our customer service representatives are multilingual and able to provide our overseas customers help with product ordering, technical assistance, or other questions regarding any Foodsticks.com product.

When you have a rush order, please ask for our Gold Bond/Trophy Priority Service. Simply order before 2:00 p.m. (Eastern time) and get your order delivered within 48 hours or less.  For example, if you order before 2:00 p.m. on a Monday, you'll get your Foodsticks.com products on Wednesday. Gold Bond/Trophy Priority Service is available anywhere within the U.S. and Puerto Rico (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Overnight service is also available. Please inquire.
